JJ Imprints Private Limited provides printing, packaging and related manufacturing services, including books, children’s books, board books, educational products, flashcards, puzzles, mono cartons, corrugated boxes, stickers, brochures and promotional materials.
Our primary focus is B2B manufacturing for publishers, brands, manufacturers, distributors, educational organisations, agencies and corporate buyers. Enquiries are assessed according to product requirements, quantities and production feasibility.
Our facility is located at A 24, Block A, Sector 68, Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India.
Quotations and Orders
Email hello@jjprintindia.com or use the website enquiry form. Include your product type, size, quantity, material, printing requirements, finishing, delivery location and target timeline. Reference images or technical drawings can help us assess the project
Minimum quantities depend on the product, printing process, material, finishing and setup requirements. Please share your specifications so we can recommend a practical production quantity and quote accordingly.
Depending on the project, we may need dimensions, page count, paper or board specifications, colour requirements, binding or box construction, lamination, special finishes, packing details and delivery location.
For custom packaging, a dieline or technical drawing is particularly useful.
Unless otherwise specified, quotations are valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issue. Material prices, specifications and other commercial conditions may affect a revised quotation
Artwork and Sampling
Please provide print-ready PDFs or the editable production files requested by our team. Depending on the product, we may require correct dimensions, bleed, embedded fonts, high-resolution images, suitable colour settings, separate panels and approved dielines. Our prepress team can review the files and advise on technical requirements.
Design development, artwork preparation and technical guidance may be available depending on project scope. Additional charges may apply based on complexity, revisions and the time involved. The scope and fees should be agreed before work begins.
Sampling or prototyping may be available for suitable projects. Sampling charges and lead times depend on the product, materials, construction and process. A digital sample may differ from the final offset-printed product, particularly in colour, paper characteristics and finishing.
Screens, digital printers and offset presses reproduce colours differently. Paper shade, ink absorption, coating, lamination and production conditions can also influence appearance. Where colour is critical, we recommend discussing the reference standard and approval method before production.
Books and Educational Products
We undertake children’s book and educational product enquiries, including board books and other specialised formats, subject to product specifications, material availability, production feasibility and agreed compliance requirements.
We accept enquiries for flashcards, jigsaws, puzzles, educational sets and related printed components. Please share the number of components, dimensions, materials, packaging design and intended use.
Depending on the design and feasibility, available options may include lamination, foil effects, embossing, debossing, die-cutting, specialised binding and other finishing processes. Confirm the available options and costs for your project before approval.
Packaging
Our product range includes mono cartons, corrugated boxes, rigid boxes and customised packaging solutions, subject to specifications and production feasibility.
We can review technical drawings and discuss manufacturing requirements. Where design or structural development is needed, the scope and charges should be agreed in advance. The customer should approve the final dimensions, construction and artwork before production.
We accept enquiries for customised product packaging. Any required safety, labelling, testing or destination-market compliance must be identified and agreed for the specific product.
Production and Delivery
Lead times depend on order quantity, material availability, artwork approval, sampling, finishing, production capacity and delivery requirements. A firm schedule should be confirmed in writing after the specifications are finalised and all required approvals and payments are received.
Changes may be possible depending on the production stage. They can affect cost, material consumption and delivery timelines. Any requested change must be approved by JJ Imprints and may require a revised quotation.
Delivery and export arrangements can be discussed based on the destination, product, quantity, packaging, shipping terms and applicable documentation. International orders require confirmation of freight, customs responsibilities, taxes and other relevant requirements.
Please notify us promptly in writing with the order reference, photographs where appropriate, affected quantity and details of the discrepancy. We will review the matter against the approved specifications and applicable contractual terms.
Payments and Commercial Terms
Lead times depend on order qPayment terms are specified in the accepted quotation or order confirmation. Where no alternative schedule is expressly agreed, the default terms in our Terms & Conditions apply. The quotation will state whether prices include or exclude GST and other applicable charges. Taxes will be applied in accordance with applicable law.
Custom manufacturing orders may involve committed materials, setup costs, tooling and work in progress. Cancellation requests are assessed under the accepted quotation, our Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
